Pre-series and numerically controlled prototyping

When it comes to developing a highly technical product, 3D printing may not be functional or achieve the best result. Thanks to its numerically controlled milling machines, Powerplast is capable of producing high-precision pre-production prototypes, made from both metallic and plastic materials.

This allows us to verify both the design and the functionality of the product before building the mold. This procedure is also particularly useful for selecting the correct material for the product, as well as for ensuring compliance with the required tolerances, down to the hundredth of a millimeter.
