M.O.C.A.

To manufacture products intended for the food sector in accordance with the law, we carry out the appropriate M.O.C.A. analysis (Materials and Objects in Contact with Food). The European regulation establishes that all materials and objects must not transfer components to food in quantities that could pose a risk to human health, alter the composition of food products, or deteriorate their organoleptic properties. Once approval from the relevant authority is obtained, we proceed with the processing.
